Return Policy
Prior authorization is required to assure proper credit issuance. Return shipments are subject to 15% restocking charge. Custom orders are not returnable.

WarrantyCableTek warrants its products against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. CableTek further warrants only those outdoor products identified in the catalog with the UV logo against UV-related degradation for a period of fifteen (15) years, provided the products are installed and used under typical environmental and weather conditions. This 15-year UV warranty does not apply to products that are not marked with the UV logo. Normal cosmetic fading and discoloration may occur in exterior applications and are not considered defects. The warranty does not cover damage caused by extreme or atypical weather conditions, misuse, improper installation, chemical exposure, or environmental factors beyond normal operating conditions. |
